Pan-Fried Jiaozi
Chicken, carrot and spring onion filled Chinese dumplings, twice pan-fried and steamed to perfection. Make sure you get the whole family involved – the more hands helping, the sooner you can eat them!

Our family recipe
As usual, the ingredients and directions below are more of a rough guide than a rigid plan. Use your judgement and, as my wife would say, "cook with your heart" (especially when it comes to garlic, then you always add "two hearts" worth).
